What is Time Slot mode and ‘On request’ mode?

Time slot mode allows you to open up your salon or clinic to be booked for certain specific appointment times. Most salons would leave this off if they are open for bookings all day.

Realtime mode should be left off if you wish to 'Approve' or 'Decline' bookings before they flow into your calendar. You will also be able to propose new times to these customers.

If you wish you can select for some services to be confirmed in real time, and for others to be 'On-Request'

If you turn Realtime mode on, bookings will flow into your calendar based on your availability and will be automatically confirmed.

Bookings in the calendar, whether they came through real time or on-request mode, will close off availability for that staff member at that time, meaning no double bookings.
