If I have Request mode on, how do I ‘Approve’ the bookings?

On the home tab, all booking requests will sit here until they have been approved by you. You can edit these bookings before they go into the calendar, by clicking the ‘edit’ icon on the booking request.Here you can edit the length of the service, the staff member and all other aspects of the booking before you approve it. Once approved the client will get their SMS confirmation.
