How do I charge a customer their No show fee if they don’t show up?

To charge a customer a No Show fee, click on the booking in the calendar or search for the booking in the ‘Bookings’ tab. Click ‘Edit’ and then open up the ‘Payment actions’ Here you can click ‘Charge No Show fee’ ’ if you wish to charge the customer's card.
